Spiced Eggnog

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Wise Monkey Indian Spiced Rum
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Method:
- In a saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm, not boiling.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Slowly pour warm milk mixture into the eggs, whisking continuously.
- Return to the pan and cook on low until it thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and stir in Wise Monkey Spiced Rum.
- Serve warm or chilled, with cinnamon stick and whipped cream garnish.
Dark Buttered Rum

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Wise Monkey Dark Rum
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- Whipped cream (garnish)
Method:
- In a mug, add brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Pour in hot water and stir until the butter melts.

Ingredients:
- 45 ml Wise Monkey Café Rum
- 15 ml gingerbread syrup
- 120 ml club soda
- Ice
